DAZN Saying Too Many Devices Error? Here’s How To Resolve

#1 Make Sure You’re Not Using the Same Account on Different Devices

Unfortunately, DAZN may think you’re streaming on too many devices if you’re sharing your account with your friends or family.

According to the app’s support team, you can register up to 5 devices on your account, but stream on only 2 at the same time.

So, if DAZN is showing a “too many devices” error or keeps signing you out, please try talking to the friends you share your account with.

But if they are not streaming content at the same time as you are, or you don’t share your account, you’ll need to fully close the app on all your devices, even if you’re not streaming content there.

Here’s how to do it:

iOS devices: 

  1. Open the App Switcher, by swiping up from the bottom of your screen and pausing in the middle. If your device has a home button, press it twice.
  2. Search for the DAZN app on the App Switcher.
  3. Swipe up on DAZN.

  1. On the Settings menu, tap on “Apps & Notifications”.
  2. Select DAZN and choose  “Force Stop” from the options.

Fire Stick:

  1. Go to the Settings menu and click on “Applications”.

  3. Choose DAZN and click on “Force Stop”.

Xbox One:

  1. Highlight DAN and press the three horizontal lines (or menu) on your remote.
  2. Select “quit” from the menu.

To change your password:

  1. Go to DAZN on your computer or mobile app.
  2. Sign in to your account and go to “Menu”. Then, click on “My Account”.
  3. On your Personal Details, click on “Change” next to your password. Please make sure it has a combination of numbers, letters, and symbols.

Never use personal information in your password, such as your name or birthday because people might guess it.
